- 19 October - Andiamo Systems launched their web-based social media analysis service. Andiamo offers a 14-day free trial and starts at $275/month.
- 19 October - RelevantNoise launched their updated Sonar dashboard at the PRSA International Conference. (press release)
- 25 October - Collective Intellect launched ther Media Intellect service for marketing and communications.
- Primelabs released Twingly Report - Sweden, a profile of blogging in Sweden. The report is in Swedish, but the graphics and underlying data (xls) provide some hints.

Have you tried Andiamo? I'm waiting for my trial to kick in. What's weird is that you can search by keyword, only by brand name. Does that make sense to you?

Hi, Scott. I'm starting to see a lot of company information come in, so I haven't had time for the trial. I would be surprised by being limited to brand names, but I haven't had the detailed conversation with Andiamo yet. Ask me again after (or at) WOMMA.

Do you have a favorite (other than andiamo) thus far that you have trialed?
buzzlogic,buzzmetrics,relevant noise, etc?
Coming from the agency side-I'm wondering what service would report the best client deliverables?
