• Dow Jones is presenting a free webinar, "Latest Trend in Social Media: How to Listen Effectively and Engage in the Conversation," on 31 January at 12:30 PM EST (GMT -5). The webinar features Forrester Senior Analyst Jeremiah Owyang and Dow Jones Product Development Manager Glenn Fannick.

• CIC released Tuning into Notebook IWOM, 2007 Q3, an analysis of Chinese BBS discussions of notebook computers.

• The Institute for Public Relations released Using Public Relations Research to Drive Business Results, by Katie Paine, Pauline Draper and Angela Jeffrey. The paper focuses on using PR measurement systems to demonstrate business outcomes and includes six short case studies.
