- 6 September - Craig Carroll's students at the UNC School of Journalism and Mass Communication will learn media monitoring and analysis with services donated by CustomScoop and KDPaine & Partners (press release).
Talk about small world: I live about 30 minutes from UNC, both companies are in New Hampshire (I spent my college years there), and Prof. Carroll came from USC Annenberg, where I got my master's. [Cue Twilight Zone theme.]
- TNS MI/Cymfony released a new white paper on social media strategies for pharmaceutical companies (download here). The authors will discuss their framework in a free webinar on 11 September.
