- 30 June - Filtrbox announced (PDF) their public release. Accounts range from free to $100/month for a 6-user team account.
- 3 July - The team behind BlogMeter released Memesphere, an Italian memetracker. via MediaMeter
- 30 June - Converseon announced that Mike Moran will join the company as Chief Strategist on 1 September. An IBM Distinguished Engineer, Moran is the author of Do It Wrong Quickly: How the Web Changes the Old Marketing Rules and co-author of Search Engine Marketing, Inc.
- 30 June - Visible Technologies announced the addition of Rowland Hanson to the company's advisory board.
- Charlene Li announced her upcoming departure from Forrester Research. Rachel Happe left IDC for Mzinga. And you know what they say about things happening in threes... (Update: It's in the open now. Peter Kim is also leaving Forrester.)
