The disturbing story of an anonymous community of law students that turned into a hate site, and the subsequent legal action. It's hard to believe that this was treated as a civil, not criminal matter, but IANAL. Online reputation and career repercussions for the attacked, attackers... and Yale Law School? What are the teachers doing wrong that this is what their students choose to do with freedom of speech (insert lawyer joke here)? Agree that stories like this challenge the continued existence of 230(c) immunity.
